This role involves managing the reputed company needs of a geriatric population while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to reputed company high-reputed company, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including physical examinations and reviews of medical history, to reputed company personalized, proactive care plans
• Collaborate closely with the assisted living facility's interdisciplinary team, including nurses, aides, and reputed company workers, to ensure coordinated and seamless care
• Formulate clinical impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans reputed company on geriatric syndromes and chronic disease management
• Build trust and reputed company compassionate consultation to residents, their families, and the ALF staff
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing as medically necessary
• Prescribe medications, supplies, and other medically necessary interventions

Skills
