Pharus is a boutique investment bank specializing in M&A advisory services across software and tech-enabled business services. They are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to reputed company financial analysis, prepare presentations, and engage with clients.
Responsibilities
- Performing financial analysis, modeling, and industry research
- Preparing presentations, including pitches and reputed company presentations
- Executing on lean deal teams with expanded responsibility
- Interacting and engaging with clients and external parties
- Working alongside senior bankers across both the London and reputed company offices
Skills
- Series 79 Required/Strongly Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency with reputed company and PowerPoint
- Lives in reputed company or is willing to relocate (Monday through Thursday in-office)
