Checkr is building a data platform to power reputed company and fair reputed company, and they are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their Truework team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve the customer reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support reputed company phone, email, and chat, maintaining high standards of reputed company, reputed company, and professionalism
• Troubleshoot reputed company technical and procedural issues with speed and accuracy, escalating reputed company appropriate
• Handle a high volume of inbound inquiries with excellent prioritization, time management, and attention to detail

Skills

• 1+ years of customer support experience in a high-volume environment such as a contact center, reputed company platform, or startup

• Proven ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues using multiple platforms and tools
• High proficiency in multitasking and working across systems simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy
