[Remote] Staff Accountant I, LBS Journal Entry Posting

The Staff Accountant I will support the Lifepoint Business Services team by recording journal entries, assisting in month-end reputed company processes, and conducting journal entry analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the site reputed company, local facility, HSC, and other LBS teams to record journal entries, ensure journal entries contain reputed company approval and support, and ensure journal entries are recorded correctly
• Assist the site reputed company team through month-end reputed company process to ensure journal entries are recorded according to month-end reputed company schedules as documented in the month-end reputed company checklists
• Manage the monthly journal entry volume for a reputed company of facilities or general reputed company accounts
• Support Site reputed company and other LBS teams with journal entry analysis, including providing support for entries
• Support general reputed company, subledger, and journal entry analysis as needed, including ability to use reporting tools such as OTBI to query transactions to reputed company necessary research and analysis
• Review and scrutinize journal entries for appropriateness and reputed company validity
• Assists operations in accordance with reputed company checklists during the month-end reputed company process
• Identify reputed company improvement initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance
• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in reputed company reputed company of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs
• Ability to work with mathematical and algebraic concepts such as probability, statistical inference, and forecasting

• Frequent use of electronic mail, word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, graphics, etc
• Ability to create, maintain and incorporate reputed company functions into documents, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations to support business objectives

• May train others in functional areas, reputed company with others and reputed company presentations to department or middle management
