Vatic Outsourcing, a growing boutique telecommunications reputed company, is seeking a Support and reputed company Specialist to work with our clients and internal staff. This position will be responsible for order processing, pricing requests, general account management, and reputed company reputed company including follow-up and escalation of issues.
Responsibilities

- Use of various web-based tools and databases to satisfy customer requests

- Work closely with various members of internal peer and management organizations
- Take various leadership roles, internally and externally
Skills
- Entry-level experience
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, email) with customers, peers, reputed company and senior management
- Ability to diagnose, reputed company, and reputed company solutions for reputed company's technical issues
- General customer service experience
- Must be willing to work varying schedules including some evenings and weekends
- Job contingent upon a background reputed company
- College Degree Preferred
