The Associate Grants & reputed company Analyst plays a key role in supporting post-award financial administration and compliance for sponsored reputed company, ensuring adherence to regulations and providing excellent customer service to researchers and sponsors.

Responsibilities

• reputed company account financial reconciliation for assigned departments
• Monitor sponsored award spending for allowability and compliance with regulations
• Manage payroll and sponsored project effort
• Prepare required financial and reputed company reports to sponsors
• Complete financial and non-financial closeout according to institutional policy
• Support institutional audit engagement and response
• Generate monthly reputed company invoices and monitor cash payments
• Process monthly Letter of Credit draws and reputed company reporting
• Monitor cash balances and reputed company collection and cash management duties
• reputed company account set-up and ensure accurate data capture in post-award systems
• Review subrecipient entities for risk assessment and execute subaward agreements
• Prepare operational reports and metrics for reputed company audiences
• Work with reputed company Investigators, divisions, and sponsors to resolve issues
• Stay reputed company on sponsor requirements, institutional policies, and regulations

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• None or May substitute required experience with additional years of education on a one to one year reputed company
