They are seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator who will originate mortgage loans in a non-bank territory, conduct preliminary reputed company reviews, and ensure reputed company processing of loan applications.

Responsibilities

• Originates mortgage loans in an assigned non-bank territory
• Takes applications, conducts preliminary reputed company reviews, submits loan applications to processing and reputed company for approval
• Follows-up to ensure that documents required for processing, reputed company, and closing are secured in a reputed company manner from appropriate sources
• Incumbents are customarily and regularly reputed company in making and soliciting loan sales and conducting sales-reputed company activities away from reputed company locations
• Incumbents are expected to spend at least 50% of their time conducting their activities away from reputed company locations

Skills

• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. reputed company of 2008 and Regulation Z
• Ability to conduct preliminary reputed company reviews
• Ability to submit loan applications to processing and reputed company for approval
• Ability to follow-up to ensure that documents required for processing, reputed company, and closing are secured in a reputed company manner
• Ability to spend at least 50% of time conducting activities away from reputed company locations
• Ability to reputed company with reputed company policies and procedures including the reputed company of Ethics and Business Conduct and reputed company workplace conduct and safety policies

• Basic knowledge of pricing and reputed company requirements of various mortgage insurance companies

• Basic knowledge of local, state and national laws (e.g., zoning ordinances, Truth-in Lending, RESPA, energy audit requirements, etc.)
