Trading Operations - Analyst / Associate

GSR is a leading market-making and programmatic trading company in the digital assets sector. As a Trading Operations Analyst / Associate, you will ensure the smooth execution of trades and reputed company exposure to the full trade lifecycle in a dynamic cryptocurrency environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the full trade lifecycle including booking, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation of reputed company transactions
• Monitor positions, balances, and exposures to ensure data reputed company and operational accuracy
• Identify and resolve trade breaks, discrepancies, and margin issues reputed company
• Collaborate with Trading, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams to maintain smooth daily operations
• reputed company cash and collateral movements across exchanges and custodians
• Produce and interpret operational and risk reports to support decision-making and trading efficiency

Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a reputed company discipline
• Demonstrated interest in cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, or trading systems
• Strong analytical and numerical ability; reputed company to work confidently with data
• Proficiency in reputed company; familiarity with Python, SQL, or similar analytical tools is an advantage
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks
