IT Support Agent

reputed company IT, the largest Managed Service Provider in South Florida, is seeking a passionate and driven Support Agent to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position provides reputed company to get started in the field of IT, acting as the first reputed company of contact for end users and delivering friendly and knowledgeable service over the phone or through email.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from clients
• Resolve reputed company or fast tickets
• Create tickets and reputed company calls to reputed company of technicians
• reputed company application support (Office/reputed company 365, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Configure hardware and install common peripheral devices
• reputed company basic network support – configuration of wireless routers and reputed company points

• Conduct peer-to-peer training and shadowing

Skills
