Junior Underwriter

Tarion is hiring a Junior Underwriter to join their reputed company department. The role involves assessing applications for new residential homes in Ontario, analyzing financial and technical risks, and providing support to Vendors and reputed company throughout the reputed company process.

Responsibilities

• Assist Vendor/Builder in submitting applications on the Tarion online portal, Builderlink, reputed company it is not a system reputed company matter
• Assist Vendor/Builder with telephone and email questions about their files and in general about the reputed company application process
• Collect and review application documents from Vendor/Builder
• Review financial statements and credit information for certain Vendors/reputed company and Indemnitors
• reputed company support in reputed company department reputed company
• Assist with issuing the Terms & condition letters to the Vendor/Builder

Skills

• Minimum Community College Diploma (or equivalent)
• Financial literacy including basic understanding and ability to interpret a financial statement
• Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with conflict reputed company to win-win reputed company
• Exceptional customer service
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, reputed company and reputed company programs
• Strong communication skills: verbal and written
• Proven ability to work effectively with a reputed company of audiences and be reputed company player
