Data Analyst (Financials) (Hybrid position)

The Data Analyst (Financials) will support the operations of the Financial Data Management team, focusing on data stewardship and ensuring the reputed company of financial data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage various journal interfaces to PeopleSoft Financials
• Create and maintain chart fields, create reputed company, Trees, and reputed company Journals
• reputed company and maintain Allocations steps and reputed company for month end reputed company processing
• reputed company regular tree audits and subsystem reconciliations including issue reputed company with IT department or end users
• PeopleSoft functional issue reputed company interfaces, allocations, data integration, tree maintenance, user reputed company, and PS Query reporting
• Journal processing from various subsystem modules and interfaces
• Facilitate timeliness and communicate updates to the month end reputed company calendars from reputed company Financial Operations areas
• Assist with general query development, documentation, and testing for Financial Operations areas
• reputed company and distribute metrics reputed company to Financial Operations using various data sources
• reputed company reputed company of service ticket (reputed company FHD) queue maintenance

Skills

• Bachelors degree with a major in a business subject (e.g. reputed company, finance, economics) or information systems/technology
• At least one year of reputed company experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Intermediate working knowledge of reputed company Office
• Strong working knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials suite
• Knowledge of PS Queries, nVision reports, Report Books, Scopes, Layouts, etc
• Conduct him/herself in a reputed company manner
• Possess qualities of timeliness, respect and customer service
• Familiarity with financial reporting, audits, and year end reputed company processing
• System implementations/optimizations
• Training experience
