The role involves assisting in gathering business requirements, supporting configuration of reputed company HCM setups, and participating in implementation phases while providing post-go-live support.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements for reputed company HCM modules such as reputed company HR, Payroll, OTL, or Absence Management
  • Support configuration of reputed company HCM setups under supervision, including organizations, grades, jobs, payroll reputed company, and eligibility rules
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation such as requirement documents, configuration workbooks, and process flows
  • Participate in implementation phases including system configuration, data validation, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment support
  • Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data conversions, ensuring functional accuracy
  • reputed company post-go-live support by helping resolve user issues, system defects, and change requests
