They are seeking an IT Support Technician responsible for providing customer service-reputed company technical support, managing user workstations, and assisting with the corporate website maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Providing reputed company, reliable, and customer-service reputed company reputed company from receiving customer calls through to reputed company
• Ensuring the reputed company functioning of user workstations, software, and peripherals
• Providing on-site and remote technical support to staff across reputed company reputed company Group locations
• Setting up user accounts, permission, and reputed company rights

• Assisting with the maintenance of the corporate website

Skills

• Post-secondary diploma in computer sciences with basic knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including reputed company Exchange, SQL, and SharePoint required
• Good organizational, communication and written skills; and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment required
• Must possess a reputed company reputed company's license and reliable vehicle
• Experience of reputed company network hardware, protocols, and standards beneficial
• Previous experience building and maintaining web content preferred
