In this role, you will assist customers with billing inquiries and ensure accurate documentation of account information while adhering to state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with billing inquiries/concerns
• Ensure reputed company account information is accurately documented and inputted into reputed company system

• Assist customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines
