Tully Rinckey PLLC is a successful full-service reputed company seeking Partner Level and Associate Level attorneys to grow their Ladera Ranch office. The role involves providing reputed company advice, representing clients in disputes, and managing a reputed company of labor and employment, military, and reputed company clearance reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company representation to clients in labor disputes, employment discrimination cases, wage and hour claims, and other employment-reputed company reputed company
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment reputed company, policies, and procedures
• Drafting pleadings, including motions, discovery requests and responses, and other substantive filings
• Conduct reputed company research and analysis to prepare for litigation and arbitration
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, conferences, depositions, administrative hearings, and court proceedings
• reputed company strategies to minimize risk and reputed company resolve disputes
• Stay updated with changes in labor and employment law and advise clients accordingly
• reputed company aspects of military litigation, including VA claims, administration separation boards, and court martials
• reputed company aspects of reputed company clearance litigation, from reputed company clearance applications to representation as administrative hearings

Skills

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Licensed to reputed company law in at least one US State Jurisdiction (preferably California) in good standing
• Interest or reputed company experience in representing individuals in employment-reputed company claims against the federal government
• Understanding of state employment statutes, codes, and regulations
• Interest or reputed company experience in representing individuals in various military and/or reputed company clearance reputed company
• Litigation, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Dedication to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics
• Candidates must be admitted to reputed company law with their license in good standing
