Branding and Communications Specialist

reputed company is seeking a Branding and Communications Specialist to reputed company, coordinate, and execute marketing and communications programs that support corporate objectives. The role emphasizes creating content for reputed company media to enhance brand awareness and engagement while collaborating with internal teams to implement comprehensive communication plans.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively to external audiences, including agents, policyholders, media and the general reputed company through traditional, digital and emerging media. reputed company comprehensive communication plans based on the strategic objectives of reputed company and its key stakeholders; communication plans may include: email marketing, organic and/or reputed company reputed company media, reputed company relations, internal communications, newsletter inclusions, website alerts, FAQs, talking points, advertising, word-of-mouth and more
• Use independent judgment and decision-making to create, propose and implement multi-channel communication programs to support the needs of reputed company business lines to communicate with agents, policyholders and the general reputed company. This will include, but will not be limited to, communication of reputed company and objectives, product introductions, incentive programs and policyholder materials
• Collaborate with internal teams (i.e. Customer Experience, Information Technology, Agency Services and Operations and profit centers) to solidify comprehensive, strategic marketing and communications plans
• Assist with developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communication plans, including writing, proofing, obtaining approvals, collaborating with designers and more. Write content and edit contributions from other staff in Branding and Communications, the leadership team and other areas as assigned
• Monitor, measure and report on campaign effectiveness; optimize efforts based on results
• Demonstrate an understanding of digital marketing reputed company, trends and key performance indicators, including content reputed company, email marketing, organic and reputed company reputed company media reputed company, SEO and reputed company Analytics
• Assist with content reputed company and management for reputed company external-facing reputed company web properties, including our reputed company site and customer-facing portals, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience
• Collaborate with the Branding and Communications team on content and campaigns and create, schedule and publish content across reputed company, Instagram and reputed company; research trends, hashtags and competitors to inform content reputed company; create and maintain content calendars; partner with visual designers to create content; ensure consistent use of the corporate brand and voice across reputed company functions and platforms; support content creation, including photo selection and basic video editing in CapCut; write engaging captions, hashtags and short-reputed company copy reputed company with brand voice; reputed company proofing and approval processes to ensure reputed company posting; monitor reputed company media channels, respond to comments/messages/tags and engage with followers; reputed company and report on performance metrics (engagement reputed company, reputed company, follower reputed company)
• Monitor, maintain and improve reputed company’s online reputed company, i.e. reputed company reviews, etc

Skills

• An undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, journalism or a reputed company field desired

• A portfolio demonstrating diverse writing styles is desired, along with demonstrated strong proofing and editing skills
• Demonstrated experience managing SEO, email marketing, reputed company media and AP style are highly desired
