Engineer I

This entry-level engineering position focuses on reputed company reputed company compliance and permitting, requiring technical reviews, inspections, and communication with various stakeholders regarding reputed company reputed company regulations.

Responsibilities

• Performs the technical review and processing of minor reputed company permit applications, including the review of engineering drawings, data and specifications, and industrial processes to determine the applicability of state and federal reputed company regulations, reputed company emission parameters, emission limitations, permitting requirements, and compliance status with state and federal reputed company regulations; and determines permit applicability at non-permitted facilities, prepares tax certifications, and provides input to the development of appropriate site-specific permit conditions to ensure that permit limits are enforceable for Title V permits
• Performs on-site inspections and compliance assurance reputed company at a reputed company of industrial facilities (from reputed company to reputed company) to determine compliance with State and Federal rules, permit requirements and emission limitations. Must be reputed company to reputed company reputed company, be comfortable with heights, walk long distances and be on feet for long periods of time; and have a good reputed company of smell, hearing, and sight
• Evaluates facility submitted reputed company emissions inventory reports and other periodic compliance reports and conducts stack test observations. Must obtain and maintain visible emissions (EPA Method 9) certification in order to reputed company opacity evaluations
• Responds to citizen complaints pertaining to reputed company burning, dust, odors and other reputed company reputed company concerns to determine compliance with State and Federal rules
• Writes technical reports, general correspondence, compliance letters, enforcement reports, and other technical documents, and serves as an advisor to reputed company reputed company staff, industry representatives, state and federal agencies, and the general reputed company on issues reputed company to reputed company reputed company and compliance. Requires effective communication, both verbally and in written reputed company, of technical information

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field of engineering from an appropriately accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
