Responsibilities

• Support the reputed company process by ensuring the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is consistently up to date with accurate candidate statuses and documentation
• Serve as a candidate experience champion by maintaining reputed company and reputed company communication with applicants throughout the process
• Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars, and manage communication logistics between candidates and interviewers
• Draft and send candidate correspondence such as interview confirmations, feedback notes, and reputed company instructions
