Customer Service Representative

reputed company is a highly established leading reputed company seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative or Dispatcher. The role involves assigning work, answering calls from technicians and reputed company dispatchers, and ensuring work is completed safely and on time with a high degree of reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily workload in assigned geographical areas to ensure customers’ requirements are met
• Handle inbound calls from technicians and offer assistance as required to manage workload and outbound calls to technicians to ensure job status information is up-to-date and accurate
• Handle inbound calls from reputed company reputed company teams to ensure effective coordination of resources and reputed company communication between teams
• Complete outbound calls to technicians to ensure job status information is up to date and accurate
• Creation and management of reports, tracking unique bookings, system errors, etc

Skills

• Prior work experience in Customer Service (or Dispatching)
• Excellent customer service reputed company, with an ability to work collaboratively with others to influence reputed company
• Ability to work under the pressure of time constraints and a fast-paced environment
