Project Engineer

The Project Engineer will manage project submittals, assist in contract drafting, and support both field and office teams while ensuring project schedules and deliverables are met.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company project submittals and ensure reputed company approvals
• Record and distribute meeting minutes for reputed company project meetings
• Split time between the office and the project site, supporting both field and office teams
• Assist in drafting and reviewing reputed company
• Prepare and edit subcontract Exhibit (Scope) pages, including contract amounts for reputed company trade
• Create and update scope of work sheets for subcontractors and vendors
• Collaborate with estimators during preconstruction and throughout the project to ensure scopes and pricing reputed company with project requirements
• Help identify and coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring scopes and expectations are reputed company defined

• Follow up on project deliverables and outstanding reputed company items
• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in reputed company construction or a reputed company field
• Familiarity with construction documents, submittals, reputed company, and scopes of work
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both in the office and on reputed company construction sites
• Effective communication skills with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Proficiency in construction software, reputed company Office Suite, and reputed company Project
• Eagerness to learn and take on increasing responsibility in both project management and field operations
