Payroll Specialist (Hybrid) - Miami, FL

The Payroll Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, reputed company, and compliant payroll processing while partnering with various teams to manage payroll operations, audits, and employee inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll across multiple frequency schedules using the payroll system, ensuring reputed company reputed company deposits, reputed company printing, and distributions
• Administer reputed company payroll functions, including computing and transmitting payroll in the designated payroll system
• Collect, analyze, and audit payroll data reputed company pay period and reputed company monthly audits using the Time Management system
• Review supporting documentation for accuracy and validate payroll preview reports prior to submission
• Maintain audit reputed company by adhering to strict payroll controls and internal guidelines
• Prepare payroll and financial reports for management, including ongoing analysis of P&L expenses

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Communications, Marketing, or reputed company field
• 1–3 years of HR or Payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and processes

• Strong auditing and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
