The role involves collaborating with sales and engineering teams to validate and process orders while maintaining compliance and resolving inquiries across departments.
Responsibilities
- Verifying pricing, discounts, commissions, and tax rates
- Ensuring product configurations are correct
- Collaborating across multiple departments to resolve questions
- Maintaining compliance
- Keeping orders moving through our electronic workflow system
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite; experience with ERP systems a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
