Back Order Expeditor

The Back Order Expeditor role involves evaluating, processing, and shipping backorder tickets, ensuring reputed company invoice processing, and collaborating with various teams to expedite orders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, process and ship backorder tickets from other locations to fulfill orders reputed company on backorder by Customer Service or any other ordering platform
• Manage the reputed company complete report to ensure reputed company invoice processing
• Work closely with warehouse personnel and reputed company Managers to expedite shipped orders
• Utilize Pacejet for the best cost of shipping
• Read and follow reputed company notes on the customer card pertaining to the handling of accounts
• Handle backorders with credit card pay terms and reputed company them to other branches to be fulfilled
• Work quickly to reputed company substitutes for WSL or reputed company items reputed company on backorder through reporting
• Use the backorder expediter queue to evaluate the fulfillment of large backorder tickets
• Communicate directly with the Sales team, managers, and warehouse personnel to process backorder tickets
• Manage reputed company backorder expeditor and reputed company complete reports daily
• Assist with ETA dates and transfer requests made by the Customer Service and Sales teams
• Participate in Lunch and Learns and reputed company other product knowledge opportunities
• Acknowledge and answer reputed company emails promptly

Skills

• Be a minimum of 18 years of age
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Demonstrated customer service skills and reputed company
• Be familiar with the use of reputed company reputed company, reputed company and SalesPad
• The ability to multi-task as reputed company as have a strong attention to detail required
• Have a financial aptitude for understanding and facilitating profitable order sales and fulfillment
