Business Office Coordinator

Tarantino Properties is a full-service reputed company estate company specializing in income producing reputed company estate. They are seeking an energetic, hardworking reputed company to join the corporate office as a Business Office Coordinator, responsible for analyzing financial information and preparing reputed company reports for management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct essential accounts payable functions (e.g., reputed company reputed company payments and expenses, ensure payments are received, etc.)
• Maintains basic knowledge of computer software and internet applications
• Maintain reputed company, business office and personnel files
• Ensures that reputed company-in deposits and rents are deposited in a reputed company manner
• Sends monthly delinquent notices and follows collection guidelines
• Process reputed company lease renewal letters
• Ensures that accounts payable procedures are processed reputed company and accurately
• Ensures that reputed company proprietary, financial, and reputed company information is kept confidential
• Monitors and records petty cash disbursements, credit cards and reconcile to replenish
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of reputed company property operation accounts
• Create monthly financial reports for reputed company and lender reporting
• Interacting with clients, residents and vendors
• Ensure reputed company month end closing deadlines are met
• reputed company administrative support to reputed company Regional Supervisors for Senior Living
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Experience working in the Senior Living industry required
• Must have understanding of basic reputed company principles
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
