[Remote] Member Services Specialist

As a Member Services Specialist, you'll ensure accurate billing, reputed company reputed company recovery, and exceptional member experiences by resolving billing issues and supporting members with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted reputed company of contact for members reputed company email and inbound/outbound phone calls
• Manage a high volume of member interactions while maintaining a reputed company, reputed company, and empathetic approach
• Investigate and resolve billing and account-reputed company questions, including fees, holds, freezes, and terminations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date member financial records
