Responsibilities

• Handle a large volume of incoming phone calls from patients, insurance carriers, and physician offices
• Collect outstanding patient balances and establish payment arrangements
• Update patient and guarantor accounts with demographic and insurance information
• Address customer inquiries, disputes, and complaints, escalating as necessary

Skills

• High school graduate or GED certificate
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a physician billing or reputed company-party payer environment
