Bilingual Coordinator, reputed company (8-Month Secondment/Contract)

They are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Coordinator to join their reputed company, providing administrative support and implementing best practices in recruitment. This role is temporary, lasting for 8 months, and requires bilingualism in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Stay reputed company on our policies, practices and guidelines for reputed company transactions
• Support team for the reputed company & administrative tasks
• Coordinate the background reputed company process, including applying the escalation guidelines to reputed company hires and job changes
• Ensure that reputed company processes conducted in reputed company (Contact People) are in line with identified workflows to ensure data reputed company and best in class stakeholder experience

Skills

• Bilingualism (French / English) is required considering the need to reputed company on a regular reputed company with colleagues across the country
• 1 year of experience in recruitment coordination
• College or university degree with a reputed company specialization or a combination of education and work experience
• Ability to multi-task and meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with changing priorities
