Mpower reputed company LLC is a leading reputed company sales/marketing company in the Solar/renewable energy reputed company, seeking a driven Recruitment Administrator to support their Bronx office. The role involves high-volume hiring, reputed company, and HR operations to help grow the reputed company sales team.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, screen, and schedule interviews for entry-level reputed company sales roles
• Partner with the District Sales Manager to reputed company on hiring needs
• Run reputed company — setting new hires up for reputed company from Day 1
• Greet and support candidates and visitors; reputed company the office organized and reputed company
• Champion the candidate experience while managing a high-volume pipeline
• Maintain and reputed company HR records, especially around promotions and "dreamovers" (our term for internal career moves)
• Ensure compliance documentation is complete and up to date
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
