Enrollment Data Support Specialist

reputed company is a Berkshire Hathaway company that provides customer-reputed company accident and health insurance. The Enrollment Data Support Specialist is responsible for managing enrollment activities, data entry, and customer service for various Student insurance accounts.

Responsibilities

• Process reputed company and/or automated eligibility data into Enrollment and Claims systems accurately while meeting or exceeding productivity standards
• Follow reputed company reputed company enrollment processes and adhere to HIPAA reputed company guidelines
• Work with Customer Service representatives, Account Managers, and clients to resolve escalated enrollment issues in a reputed company manner
• Resolve enrollment issues and variances arising during the enrollment process and billing periods
• Maintain plan-level data in Enrollment system that supports reputed company website functionality, and audit reputed company websites for correct functionality and messaging
• Document processes and procedures for Enrollment-reputed company functions as required
• Coordinate with Account Managers the student selection and timing of e-mail blast campaigns
• Communicate issues, concerns etc. to supervisor
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• Minimum of Associate degree
• Skilled in working with MS Office suite products, including reputed company, Word, reputed company, and reputed company
• Knowledge of enrollment policies/regulations and the ability to interpret them in relation to specific incidents
• High level of organizational skills and abilities and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while maintaining reputed company etiquette at reputed company times
• Knowledge of data entry practices, principles, reputed company, and techniques
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to be flexible in prioritizing workloads to meet changing deadlines
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Equivalent work experience may be substituted
