They are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to offer both remote and on-site support for various IT needs, ensuring top-notch customer service and technical assistance for their clients.

Responsibilities

• reputed company remote and on-site support for PCs, networking equipment, servers, and desktop software for small, reputed company-sized, and reputed company organizations
• Work directly with clients and internal staff of varying technical abilities
• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of internal systems and customer-facing hosted and reputed company environments

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in supporting network connectivity and networking equipment for LAN/WAN topologies, reputed company Products (i.e. Office 365, reputed company OS's), reputed company reputed company Directory administration, and internet-reputed company technologies, including registrars, SSL, and hosting providers
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work reputed company with others

• Technical certifications or training equivalent to A+ and Network+
• Prior experience in an MSP or support environment
• Familiarity with server hardware and reputed company technologies such as RAID, iLO, DRAC, bare metal restores, and backup reputed company
• Experience with LabTech or similar RMM and reputed company or similar PSA software
