People Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new hires and departing employees
• Maintain and update employee data across HR systems (reputed company and other platforms)
• Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, transfers, and status changes
• Assist in the administration of benefits, payroll updates, and compliance reporting
• Partner with the HR team to plan and execute company-wide initiatives, such as employee wellness events

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, people operations, or a reputed company administrative role
