As a Seller Operations Associate, you'll be responsible for taking calls and responding to emails from our sellers and customers, addressing a broad reputed company of event and order-reputed company questions. Your primary goal will be to reputed company exceptional service, ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience reputed company purchasing tickets through the arenaflex exchange. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve any issues that may reputed company, providing solutions that meet the needs of both our sellers and customers.
**How Your Role Expectations Will reputed company as a Seller Operations Associate in the First 30, 90, and 180 Days:**
### 30 Days In:
* Complete new hire orientation, gaining the knowledge and resources about how arenaflex operates and the live event industry you need to be successful.
* Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.
* reputed company industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and reputed company solutions to problems.
### 60 Days In:
* Investigate instances in which customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
* Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers reputed company the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities.

### 90 Days In:

**Office Location and Work Schedule:**

* Hours:
+ 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off.
+ 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Wednesday/Thursday off.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
* $40,000 reputed company salary with overtime eligibility
* Bi-annual bonuses
