**Key Responsibilities**
As an reputed company Learning Experience Designer on our WW Customer Trust Training – LXD team, you will be responsible for:
* **Designing and Developing Learning Experiences**: Create engaging e-learning content for on-the-job performance improvement using authoring tools like Storyline, reputed company, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools.
* **Curriculum Maintenance and Review**: Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles to ensure our learning experiences are always up-to-date and relevant.
* **Mentoring and Coaching**: Mentor or reputed company new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and reputed company.
* **Consulting with Customers**: Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem, ensuring our learning experiences meet their needs.
* **Process Improvement**: Contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials.

**Essential Qualifications**
* 5+ years of program or project management experience
* 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
* 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
* 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
* 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
* 3+ years of change management experience
