**Job Summary**
As a Customer Solutions Manager at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping customers navigate their cloud adoption journey. You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to identify and accelerate the realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle. Your technical, business, and program management expertise will be essential in solving complex technology problems and driving business transformation for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Value Realization**: Identify and accelerate the customer's realization of value throughout the cloud lifecycle through the adoption of arenaflex services, partner solutions, and best practices.
* **Enablement**: Help customers achieve organizational readiness, cloud fluency, and cloud skills through skills guilds, experience-based accelerators, and training partners.
* **Governance**: Establish and mature operating models/structures to drive scale and long-term success through the application of arenaflex frameworks and mechanisms.
* **Customer Engagement**: Directly engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand their needs and provide guidance on cloud adoption.
* **Project Management**: Create, manage, and deliver business and technology projects, navigating risks and roadblocks, and executing in an ambiguous and changing environment.
* **Knowledge Sharing**: Share best practice learnings into reusable assets for internal reuse to support the evolution of the arenaflex customer experience and/or Customer Solutions Manager discipline.
**A Day in the Life**
As a Customer Solutions Manager at arenaflex, you will be part of a diverse, global community of CSMs who deliver cloud solutions that influence business and IT transformation for our customers. Your day will be filled with:
* Directly engaging with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand their needs and provide guidance on cloud adoption.
* Working across arenaflex to apply your technical, business, and program management expertise to solve complex technology problems for our customers.
* Defining opportunities that are strategic to the customer's cloud journey, including large-scale migrations, data analytics, digital transformation, and modernization.
* Creating, managing, and delivering business and technology projects, navigating risks and roadblocks, and executing in an ambiguous and changing environment.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
* 8+ years of experience in project and program management, with a strong background in technical and business acumen.
* Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a strong ability to build trust and credibility with executives and project team members.
* Strong technical skills, with experience in cloud computing, data analytics, digital transformation, and modernization.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, dependent on geography and time of year.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Certified Solution Architect, Associate level, or equivalent certification.
* Experience working in the State and Local Government and Higher Education industry.
* Strong understanding of arenaflex services, partner solutions, and best practices.
* Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business problems.
