We're seeking an reputed company Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent to reputed company critical assistance to our customers, ensuring the seamless operation of our myColorado application. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing Tier I support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in both iOS and Android operating systems. **Responsibilities**
As a Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our myColorado application
* Troubleshooting, reproduction, reporting, and problem reputed company in both iOS and Android operating systems
* Installing the myColorado software on supported devices following defined procedures, processes, and reputed company
* Employing Incident Management procedures to reputed company tickets into the required tracking system
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments to reputed company expert advice and support to customers
**Minimum Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* One year of reputed company experience in an occupational field reputed company to the work assigned to the position, including mobile application support
* OR an Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a field of study reputed company to the work assignment, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees
