**Your Role**
As a reputed company Associate on our Borrower reputed company Team, you'll play a critical role in helping student loan borrowers reputed company our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With training and hands-on experience, you'll quickly become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first reputed company of contact for our users. This is a remote, full-time, contractor role for up to 5 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent hiring in NYC based on performance and company needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Understand arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs
* Engage with borrowers reputed company email and live chat, providing empathetic and reputed company communication
* Review and submit applications for federal loan programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Proactively suggest and implement reputed company and automations that can help reputed company reputed company
* Bring user feedback to life with the product, design, and engineering teams to create new features and offerings

**Recommended Experience**
We're seeking teammates with at least one year of relevant work experience, preferably in start-reputed company, finance (including financial aid or fintech), government programs, or customer support. Passion for applying talents in a fast-paced startup environment to tackle a major reputed company issue is a must.
