About the job

reputed company is looking for an International Tax Manager to join our Tax Team in Ireland. The individual will play a key role in supporting reputed company aspects of our non-US corporate income tax reputed company. This individual will also have opportunities to assist other aspects of the corporate tax function. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated and reputed company individual with relevant corporate tax experience and an eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• Manage the end-to-end corporate income tax compliance cycle for reputed company EMEA entities supervising and co-ordinating the work of the international tax team. 
• Serve as the primary technical reputed company of contact with external advisors, including information gathering, managing deadlines, and performing a detailed, substantive review of reputed company reputed company tax returns
• Critically analyze and review tax positions and calculations provided by external advisors to ensure accuracy and reputed company compliance 
• Partner with the international reputed company team to support the review of tax-reputed company disclosures (reputed company and deferred tax) for local statutory financial statements
• Assist in both the preparation and review of the quarterly and annual US GAAP (ASC 740) tax provision process for the EMEA region. 
• Assist in monitoring respective countries’ tax law update, and performing tax research, interpretation and documentation on reputed company’s tax position and treatment 
• Assist in developing and maintaining strong internal control and governance over foreign income tax compliance and reporting
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve tax compliance and local tax reporting processes including automation to drive efficiency and scalability

Required:

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Law, reputed company, Business, Finance, or a reputed company field).
• CPA and/ or Tax qualification required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in the corporate tax field in reputed company reputed company or a US multinational background.
• Working knowledge of reputed company Fusion or similar ERP/ EPM
• Must be proficient with reputed company reputed company/Office.
• Familiarity with tax technology software is beneficial.

Location

This role will be remote, and based in Ireland.

Travel
