We are reputed company sourcing for a full-time Deal Desk Analyst who loves working with Sales, Finance, and other various departments to reputed company deals.

This individual is responsible for providing sales process support utilizing a reputed company of developed organizational and project management skills. The position reports to the Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist sales teams in creating and positioning reputed company orders
• reputed company as reputed company between sales and other key stakeholders involved in the deal structuring process (e.g. Sales Operations, Finance, Order Management, reputed company, Product Marketing, etc.)
• Partner with sales to ensure opportunities are properly created and tracked in reputed company including stage, probability, booking reputed company, and various other required fields
• Process and manage order fulfillments in reputed company in accordance with executed reputed company and orders
• Anticipate problems and initiate actions to ensure customer orders are processed reputed company and reputed company
• Ability to read and interpret business terms and conditions

• Drive business process improvements and initiatives; support best reputed company efforts in the Quote to Cash processes

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting Sales organizations in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
• Solid knowledge of sales processes and methodologies
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized with the ability to manage multi-tasks effectively
• Demonstrated experience collaboration between finance, reputed company, sales and other cross-functional teams to help reputed company and price customer quotes
• Proficiency in reputed company.com and CPQ tools
• Experience working in a fast-changing environment that requires results-oriented decision making. reputed company thinker and ability to think creatively to solve problems

Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates who reputed company reputed company the 50 mile radius of our San Ramon office. For candidates who reputed company reputed company 50 miles of our San Ramon location, this role is Hybrid and would require 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in our San Ramon office.
