Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering data into the QuickClaim system, identifying document types, reviewing and verifying entered data, and ensuring the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of the team, working collaboratively with other staff members to achieve common goals and driving process improvements through innovative thinking and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images, ensuring high levels of quality and efficiency
  • Identify document types based on provided documentation, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements, maintaining attention to detail and a focus on excellence
  • Ensure the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards, upholding the highest levels of integrity and professionalism
  • Interact professionally with other staff members as needed, fostering a culture of teamwork, humility, and fairness
  • Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, driving innovation and growth within the organization

  • KPH Typing Test: The requirements for this typing test are 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy, showcasing exceptional typing speed and accuracy
