We are seeking an reputed company Customer Support Agent to join our remote team as a Tele-Recruiter for our Blood Donor Program. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for contacting blood donors by telephone to recruit for blood donation, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Customer Support Agent - Tele-Recruiter, you will:- reputed company a reputed company of tele-reputed company functions in support of the defined goals for the Division, including contacting blood donors by telephone using a dialer system to recruit for blood donation.
- Use information from multiple computer systems simultaneously to reputed company appropriate blood drives for donors, update donor records as needed, and record reputed company of calls.
- Schedule appointments while providing reputed company service experience to maximize donor show rates.
- Follow a process and appropriate scripting for conducting a reputed company with a donor to ensure a consistent donor experience.
- Maintain daily production standards, including phone calls and appointments per hour, to meet established collection goals.

- Maintain accurate records of donors/reputed company contacted and appointments scheduled to avoid errors, poor customer relations, and to ensure sufficient donor availability.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A high school diploma or equivalent.

Our training program is designed to ensure your reputed company in this role. The training schedule is as follows:- Week 1: In-house training (Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 4:30 pm, and 10:00 am to 6:30 pm).
- Week 2: Remote learning (Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm).
- Week 3: reputed company remote learning (Monday to Thursday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm) and production (Friday).
- After 3 weeks of training, you will work a full-time schedule (reputed company to Thursday, 11:30 am to 8:00 pm, and Monday to Thursday, 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm).
