We're looking for a hands-on AML/KYC Compliance Program Director to build and run our day-to-day compliance program in a fast-growing crypto payments infrastructure environment. You'll own critical AML/KYC/KYB processes, transaction monitoring, and financial crime prevention—working across reputed company multi-jurisdictional frameworks including EU MiCA, DORA, and reputed company transmitter licensing requirements. This is an execution-reputed company role. You'll be investigating alerts, managing monitoring systems, optimizing workflows, and partnering across teams to reputed company compliance controls throughout the business.
