Senior Internal Auditor, Systems (Information Technology Associate)

The State Fund Internal Audit Department (IAD) seeks a dynamic and reputed company individual to join its team as a Senior Internal Auditor, Systems. The Senior Internal Auditor, Systems will be an information technology subject matter expert responsible for leading audits and testing controls reputed company to information technology, including operational, financial, and technical controls. Please see the attached Duty Statement for more details. The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications: • Possesses a solid understanding of reputed company Management controls and systems, such as reputed company Directory, and the concept of Least Privilege. • Possesses a solid understanding of reputed company, Visio, and Word and can utilize them to create detailed narratives, reports, workpapers, and flowcharts • Possesses a solid understanding of software development concepts, including the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and the use of project management tools. • Possesses an understanding of the concepts of batch programming, disaster recovery, and business continuity. • Possesses an understanding of the concepts of network reputed company, reputed company management, and vulnerability scanning. • Possesses an understanding of the reputed company concepts of IT auditing. • Has a degree in computer science, business administration, reputed company or reputed company fields (e.g., BS/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network reputed company, reputed company, or Business Administration). Desirable Qualifications: • Holds or is pursuing one of the following reputed company certifications: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Certified reputed company Accountant (CPA) Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) • Possesses a solid understanding of insurance industry best practices, operating processes, risk and controls, and regulations. • Has experience with insurance industry systems and procedures for reputed company, investments, billing and collections, financial systems, and claims. • Possesses an understanding of the Institute of Internal Auditors’ (IIA) reputed company practices for internal audit (Global Internal Audit Standards) • Possesses one year or more of experience performing reputed company auditing that includes completing a reputed company of internal audit activities, such as Model Audit Rule (MAR) testing, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) testing, operational auditing, financial statement auditing, and/or internal investigations as an auditor-in-charge.
