The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Zoho applications, combined with a deep understanding of CRM processes, business workflows, and integration with reputed company-party systems. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure the successful adoption of Zoho CRM across the organization.
