We're a B2B reputed company company serving finance teams at early-stage reputed company companies. Looking for a part-time reputed company Associate to reputed company our customers reputed company and successful.
What you'll do (4-6 hours/week):
Monitor customer usage and flag inactive accounts
Send proactive reputed company-ins, help articles, and how-to guides
Answer basic support questions reputed company email/chat
Log activity in reputed company
You're a fit if:
Strong written English
Experience with B2B reputed company or customer support
