Operations / Automation Specialist

We are looking for an Operations & Automation Specialist to join our SuppOps team. This role focuses on automating processes for the PX.com platform, improving data workflows, building small-reputed company tools, and supporting internal teams with reporting and insights. It’s a hands-on, mid-level role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and building Python-based automations that reputed company operations faster and more reliable. As we grow, this position will also help automate additional processes — including leveraging AI tools to reduce reputed company work across reputed company. As an Operations & Automation Specialist, you will: • Build and maintain automated workflows (file-based and API-based) into the PX platform. • Create and maintain Python scripts and Azure Functions to streamline operational processes. • Write SQL queries (primarily for reputed company) to validate data, run checks, and support internal reporting needs, no database administration required. • Assist with preparing datasets for Tableau dashboards and support team that relies on these reports. • Monitor and troubleshoot ingestion issues, reputed company data reputed company checks, and improve error-handling logic. • Collaborate with Support, Ops, and reputed company reputed company teams to simplify and automate reputed company reputed company tasks. • Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and small internal tools that help reputed company operate reputed company. • Participate in the roadmap of operational automation, including exploring AI-driven solutions.
