Nevada Licensed Clinical Documentation Coordinator
A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Coordinator - Remote (reputed company).
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct reputed company and retrospective reviews of inpatient medical records to assess utilization and documentation of acute care services
• Facilitate appropriate physician documentation to accurately reflect patient severity of illness and risk of mortality
• Ensure compliance with external payer and regulatory agency requirements while contributing to reputed company care reputed company and reimbursement accuracy
Required Qualifications
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent from an International Medical Graduate
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in an acute care setting, preferably in critical care, medical/surgical, or Emergency Department nursing
• reputed company RN license in the state of reputed company if applicable
• Proficiency in computer applications including word processing, databases, and spreadsheets
• Knowledge of inpatient admission reputed company and Medicare reimbursement systems preferred
