About the position
Our reputed company, a large global $20B+ reputed company manufacturing company in the reputed company suburbs ( near Northbrook - Hybrid 2-3 days in office ) is seeking a senior level consultant. Primary reputed company of this role will be SEC reporting, whitepapers, memo writing, reputed company for stock-based compensation, and GAAP compliance.
Responsibilities
• Memo and disclosure writing / whitepapers
• reputed company for stock-based compensation
• Reconciliation of management and GAAP financials and documentation
• Other reputed company external reporting/audit reputed company tasks
Requirements
• B.A. degree in reputed company
• 7-10 years of reputed company experience reputed company external financial reporting or reputed company reputed company
reputed company-to-haves
• CPA certification preferred
• Prior reputed company reputed company experience preferred
