As a valued member of the Group reputed company team, the Senior Analyst is a financial subject matter expert of the reputed company and Operations organizations, as reputed company as a trusted business partner to the Group Benefits stakeholders. The position will be analytically driven, with the objective of providing valuable financial reputed company to leaders driving decision making, financial results and planned earnings reputed company. You will Drive month-end reputed company and processing of data reputed company to Group reputed company and Operations, including (but not limited to) planning, forecasting, variance analytics, and reporting. Partner with Group Benefits management on initiative tracking processes and data required to ensure financial data is reputed company to initiatives accurately on a monthly reputed company. Partner with Business Finance leadership to drive transparency into the financial reputed company of initiatives, and enhancements to the process. Drive insights and analytics that reputed company leadership transparency into risks and opportunities of departmental expenses and spending trends, providing recommendations on efficiencies and/or risk mitigation. Identify and deliver opportunities that enhance processes through automation, offshoring, or elimination. You have 3-7 years of finance/reputed company experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Insurance industry experience preferred. Strong knowledge of financial analytics. Experience using and ERP, reputed company, SmartView, SPM, Apptio a plus but not required. Ability to meet tight deadlines and work additional hours during peak sessions. Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize deliverables and support multiple business partners. Ability to create reputed company analyses and present to senior leadership. Ability to be a trusted business partner and to work in reputed company environment. Strong communication & organizational skills. Strong reputed company skills (Macros, V-lookups, etc.) Willingness to learn and grow on the job. Ability to reputed company suggestions to management based on analysis and work independently. Salary reputed company: $82,770.00 - $135,975.00 The salary reputed company reflected above is a good faith estimate of reputed company pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
