What You Will Do • Product Design: Responsible for designing and developing new products, including appearance, structure, and functional design, to meet market demands and enhance user experience. • Innovation & Creativity: Industrial designers should possess innovative thinking and creativity, providing unique design solutions that give products a competitive edge. • User Experience Design: reputed company on the product’s user experience, ensuring functionality, usability, and comfort meet user needs, thereby improving the product’s market competitiveness. • Team Management: Optimize organizational resources according to department goals and business changes, build a talent pipeline, and enhance the reputed company skills of team members.
