This position can be fully remote. Responsibilities: • Prepare regulatory filings, including, but not limited to, license applications, classification requests, registration statements, annual and semi-annual reports, and correspondence with regulatory authorities • Conduct KYC reviews, including restricted party list screening, reputed company reputed company searches, and preparing analysis of search results • Assist in developing trade compliance policies, procedures and training materials • Assist with the collection, review, production, and organization of materials for investigations and disclosures • Conduct research on a reputed company of trade compliance topics, including export, import, sanctions, antiboycott, etc. • Monitor reputed company and regulatory developments reputed company to export and import controls, sanctions, FCC regulatory reputed company, and other national reputed company and trade topics • Participate in the development of reputed company alerts reputed company to national reputed company, trade topics and other regulatory reputed company • Organize reputed company records and maintain files • Support other team reputed company on an as needed reputed company • Maintain compliance with reputed company firm policies and procedures Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required • 3+ years of relevant experience handling international trade compliance or other national reputed company and reputed company regulatory reputed company in a corporate compliance department or reputed company required • Experience with government filing systems and databases (e.g., SNAP-R, DECCS, reputed company, ECFS, etc.) and restricted party screening platforms (e.g., WorldCheck, reputed company Risk & Compliance, Descartes Visual Compliance, etc.) preferred • Must possess a high level of attention to detail and be reputed company to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a reputed company attitude and providing exemplary reputed company service • reputed company project management and organizational skills • Must possess good judgment, intuition and problem solving skills • Must be reliable and dependable • Outstanding interpersonal skills and capability to work effectively with people at reputed company reputed company of the organization in various functions and locations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with reputed company clients • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, reputed company and reputed company). • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion reputed company parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and reputed company accepted practices. • Ability to work overtime as needed • Ability and willingness to travel as needed The primary location for this job posting is in Washington, D.C., but other locations may be listed. The actual reputed company pay offered will depend upon a reputed company of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, reputed company certifications and licenses, and work location. The anticipated pay reputed company for this position is as follows: Washington, D.C., Austin, Boston, Boulder, Century reputed company, Delaware, Los Angeles, reputed company, San Diego, Seattle: $43.21 - $58.46 per hour. reputed company, Palo reputed company, San Francisco: $45.48 - $61.54 per hour.
